Alerte Digital Health won ‘Start Up of the Year’ at the 28th Annual WA Information Technology and Telecommunications Alliance INCITE Awards. The team are so excited to announce that they are now selected as finalist in the 2019 National iAwards held in Melbourne later this year. The Alerte AI specialist team have had an amazing start to 2019, being finalists in 3 different innovation awards across the country.

2019 has seen Alerte propel to front and center of the health tech industry with the impending release of their first product and becoming winners of 2019 INCITE Awards. The engineering team have been developing a potentially industry changing AI technology that will assist cardiologists in Australia and globally.

Alerte’s Co-founder and CEO Razali Mohamad attributes the success in the advances of their technology to the innovative engineering team. Mr Mohamad said “Our team is made up of people who share in our passion for problem solving, improving lives and creating positive change. I am so proud to be the winners of ‘Start Up of the Year’ but even more proud that our engineers are getting the recognition they deserve”.

Alerte’s winning streak continues with their third finalists placement for the year being announced, this time for the Western Australia Innovator of the Year, in the Emerging Innovation Category. The small team of engineers all moved to WA through the development process where they all lived and worked together in a small rented house in the Perth suburbs. Lead Engineer Marcus Turewicz said “We are so proud to see our technology being recognized; we’ve come so far from that small house in the suburbs with our upcoming product release next month”.

This booming start-up company are not only taking out awards across the country but have developed advanced technology benefiting healthcare communities globally. Rising healthcare costs are increasing in the majority of developed nations. Alerte’s solutions use artificial intelligence to automate ECG and Echo procedure processes. Alerte’s goal is to provide a greater quality medical service, to a larger population at a lower cost through advanced AI automation.
